A Tarot Spread
for Working Through Some Tough Shit
We've all been there. Some of us might be in it right now. Here is a 5-card spread to help you through whatever that shit may be.
(1) What's troubling me now: What is it that's putting you in your feels, backing you against a wall, or making you feel blocked right now?
(2) The root of this situation: What is bothering us in the moment isn't always the source of how we are feeling. This card helps us to see where the pain starts, so we may take a more holistic approach to solutions.
(3) My role in the situation: For you to be able to understand your guide's directions, you need to know where you are “on the map." This card can be about accountability and shadow work. It can also be affirming that you are doing your best within institutions, systems, situations that are failing you. Remember, your guides aren't here to chastise you. They are here to help you see the present clearly so you may see your path to the future clearly.
(4) My role in the solution: The call to action from your spirits. Call to action might be direct action, asking for help, seeking a pause or a rest….anything really!
(5) Advice from spirit: You can pull one or two cards here. Any additional words of wisdom from your spirits and guides.
