We are not simply the inhabitants of our homes - we are stewards to our homes, the land on which they rest, the communities they exist within.

My name is Kaitlyn Graña, and I am a trance medium, renowned exorcist, and 4th generation Espiritista.

Blessing, consecrating, and cleansing homes (and people) is work that for many years, I reserved only for family and friends. With the encouragement of my mentors and my spirit guides, this beautiful rite of passage is now available to the public.

Home Blessing & Home Shrine

A shrine is a devotional space, dedicated not only to the living within the home, but the Good Spirits of the family and the space as well. A well-maintained shrine keeps the Spirits of the place content, and keeps the abundance of blessings coming to those who tend to it.

For those who desire a grand way to honor the spirits of the home and its inhabitants.

When we think about paranormal phenomena and exorcisms in our modern culture, what often comes to mind are the sensationalized examples presented to us in film and television.

in movies like the exorcist, the exorcism of emily rose, the conjuring, we are presented with conventionally attractive white femmes - those who our soceital standards deem as the “innocents” - pitted against a spectral aggressor

With examples like this, I think a lot of folks are quick to push out spirits without taking into consideration that this is colonized land, and many of us are settlers here, and how this factors into things like the presence of a restless spirit in our homes or businesses. Sometimes the answer is making nice and learning to cohabitate with one another on stolen land.

While there are occasions where exorcism may be necessary, more often than not, the situation calls for learning to live with and honor the spirits of your home, business, and the land they are on.
