Stalker cards ⚡️⚡️

Over the next few weeks, I'm answering your questions about the tarot.

“Hey Kaitlyn! What do you recommend when you keep getting repeating pulls but don’t feel like you’re totally understanding the card yet?”

This is one of those questions that has many answers. Try what seems interesting, take what works.

My first suggestion is to sit with it. Sit with the discomfort of not know what a card is telling you. Our guides communicate through time and space and dimensions to send us messages, and sometimes the information doesn’t make sense when we receive it.

The next time you pull the “stalker” card, place it on the altar for the day. When it’s time to leave the house, stick it in your pocket or your bag.

This card is trying to get your attention for some reason, so you mind as well make it your bff and bring it with you and give it some literal IRL attention.

Another exercise is to pull the repeating card from the deck and set it down as your signifier card. Shuffle the deck, and pull a few cards to clarify the message. I like the spread they use on the Labyrinthos blog:

  1. The Stalker Card: What do I need to learn? - What is the message that I am finding so hard to learn?

  2. What blocks me from understanding this card? - What is standing in the way of my ability to receive the message of this card?

  3. How do I progress past this? - How do I conquer this obstacle? What guidance do I need to finally hear the message?

  4. Unconscious / Hidden Factors - What is something that is unseen that affects your perception of this message?

You can change up/adjust the questions to suit your unique situation, if you feel called to.

If you have other decks, it can be a un exercise to pull that card from them. Sometimes taking a look at the artist’s interpretations in other decks can help us understand things about the card that we may not be seeing thru the art in the deck we are currently using.

Finally, I you haven’t already, is there something actionable the card is suggesting that you do? And if there is, have you done it? Have you tried to?

TBH tho, when we are struggling to know  a card, sometimes pulling clarifying cards only make it more confusing. I find what often happens is that we find ourselves in that “AhA!” Moment - “ohhhhh this is what that card was about”

Sometimes not getting why a card keeps coming up is a “when you’ll know you’ll know thing.” Which can be annoying. Lol. But the spirits deliver the information on their timeline, not ours. Sometimes our understanding takes some time to catch up.

This is true with many of the messages of spirits, not just the ones we receive through the cards.
