"Sweet Siblings of the Flesh,

Resist the urge to talk yourself out of asking the spirits who support you for what you really want.

Allow yourself the permission, the opportunity, to ask the spirits for whatever it is that you need. 

Exercising self-advocacy at the altar translates to greater ease and power in exercising self-advocacy amongst the living.

You are worthy of having not only what you need to survive, but what you desire to bring inspiration, jubilation, ease, safety, and joy. 

Sing it outloud; push your words into the Ethers with every breath!

Write your petitions on parchment and anoint them and yourself with sacred oil.

The season of the ancestors arrives soon.

Start clearing and cleansing your altars to prepare for their return.

Take inventory of your resources; you may be surprised to find something where you thought there was nothing.

You may be surprised to find tools where you thought there were blocks.

We love you. We carry you.
