TLL2 is a group mentorship for tarot practitioners who desire to read professionally.
Level 2 is also supportive of current professional practitioners who desire mentorship in developing their unique reading style, crafting authentic tarot offerings, and facilitating ethical psychic services.
This course is not simply about reading the cards for others. Tarot Lab Level 2 develops you into a conscious, spirit led, well-prepared tarot practitioner.
Tarot Lab Level 2 is for you if you are an aspiring or practicing pro reader who:
desires support in developing your unique reading style, having greater confidence in the messages you share through the cards, and becoming an *excellent* reader for your clients
desires to have courage and conviction in the information you channel for your clients through the cards. You want to step out of your Two of Swords uncertainty and into your Queen of Swords clairity.
desires to give the type of readings clients tell their friends about, that stay with clients long after the session is done, that turns a one-time-reading into repeat clients.
wants to step into their authentic voice as a tarot reader, to establish their unique identity as a practitioner - an identity that clients seek you out and embrace you for. You want to create your signature tarot offering(s) and birth them into the world.
needs support in how to do your thing out in the world without getting taken advantage of by clients and event organizers.
needs support in figuring out the logistics of operating a public tarot practice. How to build clientele, manage a schedule, book events, and price your offerings.

TLL2 Syllabus & Schedule
TAROT THEORY
LESSON 1: Introduction to professional tarot reading and general rules of practice, and guided trance journey to meet your Tarot Patron Spirit
LESSON 2: Defining your offerings workshop - in this module Kaitlyn guides students through a trance journey of reflection, how we see ourselves as readers in the world. Final project introduction: defining your signature tarot offering for the public.
LESSON 3: Ethics of Practice - tarot, psychic, and spiritual ethics from Kaitlyn's perspective, and how to develop your own personal practitioner’s code of ethics
LESSON 4: Psychic and spiritual boundaries when reading for others and how to connect with your client energetically, psychically, and spiritually.
TAROT PRACTICE LABS
LESSON 6: Telling stories through the tarot - how to thoughtfully piece together individual cards into a full and fluid story that will offer perspective, insight, and resolution to your clients.
LESSON 7: Lab - General Tarot Readings
LESSON 8: Lab - Predictive Tarot
LESSON 9: Relationship and Love Readings
LESSON 10: Career & Life Path Readings
LESSON 11: Lives (IG, TikTok, Youtube, etc) and gallery readings - how to host and channel for large groups
LESSON 12: Special events and parties - spreads for social events, how to write a client agreement, engaging with event patrons and hosts, and important personal safety tips.
LESSON 13: Private readings for single clients, couples, and small groups. How to get to the real questions at hand, holding space while maintaining boundaries.
TAROT OPERATIONS
LESSON 14: Getting yourself out there! Choosing your engagement platforms, the importance of a free offering, and how to begin offering readings for experience.
LESSON 15: Booking applications and other helpful tools, writing your terms and conditions and other important policies, digital boundaries.
FINAL: Final Project Presentations
Class meets every Wednesday and Friday at 5pm pst.
Video replays will be available on students’ personal dashboards on Squarespace.
READING EXCHANGE
CLASSMATE EXCHANGE: Students will be exchanging readings with one another in breakout rooms during the lab classes. Kaitlyn will pop into the different rooms to observe and support. Feedback forms will be available for students to fill out (anonymously if desired).

SCHOLARSHIPS
A limited number of scholarships are available for for Black, Brown and Indigenous Melanated People*, AAPI people, and/or Disabled People, single parents, and Trans* People for whom the price of this offering would be a burden.
If you are interested in a scholarship, please note that on your application form. Application fee is waived for scholarship applicants.
APPLICATION FEE
A $150 fee is due upon application. I’m charging an application fee for two reasons:
1. I read through every single application thoroughly before making a decision to admit a student into the program. Reading through these apps takes time and intention. Sure, we could skip the applications, but that would be a disservice to the group. For this class to work, we all need to be open to participating. I want to understand who you are, what your goals for this course are, and what your experience level is with the cards.
2. I want to make sure you’re serious! Submitting an application is one thing, but being ready to commit to the program is another. If I am taking the time to thoughtfully consider every single application, I only want folks who know they are ready for this offering to apply.
Application fees are returned in full to candidates who are not accepted into the program. Please allow 7 days from submitting your application to receive update about your admission status. Refunds take 1-7 days to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Enrolled Students receive:
14 live classes total. Class is in session twice per week, every week. Live, captioned replays posted to Podia within 7 days. Students have forever access to course materials.
Live classes on Zoom means that you are working with Kaitlyn directly on developing your skills and refining your craft.
Live tarot labs, exchanging readings with classmates in real time with Kaitlyn moderating and supporting you through the process.
Guided trance journeys facilitated by Kaitlyn, so that you are learning not only from the living but from the Helpful Spirits as well. Meet your Patron Spirit of Tarot and Divination in the astral realms.
Forever access to TLL2 Discord group for discussion, collaboration, and co-learning between classes.
An opportunity to build their clientele list during the Psychic Fair, hosted and promoted by the Mother of Mystics.
When you learn tarot with Kaitlyn, You learn tarot from their perspective as a queer, non-binary trans*, pro-Black, anti-imperialist Espiritista, trance medium, folk magician, and parent.
Prerequisites:
must have an existing relationship with and working knowledge of the tarot. This course is not for beginners.
must be able to attend most of the live classes - especially the labs! I totally understand that life happens, and we might not be able to make every class live. In order to receive the best possible experience, you need to actually come to class as much as possible.
must be willing to participating in classmate reading exchanges during labs

Kaitlyn Graña, Mother of Mystics
My name is Kaitlyn Graña and I am the Mother of Mystics. I am a fourth-generation Espiritista, trance medium, tarot reader, and occult educator.
In Braiding Sweetgrass, Robin Wall Kimmerer says "the most important thing each of us can know if our own unique gift and how to use it in the world. Individuality is cherished and nurtured, because in order for the whole to flourish, each of us has to be strong in who we are and carry our gifts with conviction, so they can she shared with others."
As such, I share with my children and my community the tools, the anecdotes, the information, the wisdom I channel through the Spirits and my experiences with them, so that they may cultivate relationships with their own spirits and guides.
Though, what I have come to realize at this stage in my practice, is that I offer something more beyond just information.
I turn a light on within people.
I'm not claiming ownership or responsibility for the transformations you make for yourself while building relationship with spirits... that's all you!!
It is impossible to deny that something happens when I hold space. Whether it's a class setting, mentorship, one on one in a Spiritual Consultation, or via the messages I share in my emails.
Energies shift. Portals open. Parts of people that have laid dormant become active, illuminated.
