Charlotte Nguyen is a spiritual & transformational coach, activist and speaker bridging the worlds of love, justice and healing. She is the founder and spiritual director of Get Free!, a private practice and community healing space dedicated to helping BIPOC, women and queer folks heal from oppression and cultivate truly liberated lives. For the past 8 years, she has worked with thousands of people in the field of spiritual development, helping them cultivate lives full of trust, confidence, intimacy, connection, mindfulness and compassion with themselves and all their relations. As a former humanitarian worker and a lifelong activist, Charlotte's work has been featured in NBC, BuzzFeed and Yoga Journal where she was named "the relatable sage." She currently leads classes, workshops and retreats throughout the UK and the greater Los Angeles area.
